Bellevue College has an annual enrollment of 37,000 students studying a variety of programs, including natural and computer sciences, nursing and theatre arts. 

The 96 acre campus based in the city of Bellevue, WA was founded in 1966 and consists of 16 academic buildings comprising of more than 750,000 square-foot. The campus also benefits from a gymnasium and fitness center, an art gallery, a planetarium and a variety of eateries and common areas. 

KBA has commissioned just over 191,000 square-foot of new construction, remodel and mechanical and control upgrades on the Bellevue College campus. Of the four projects KBA has commissioned, the Science and Technology Building has been LEED Gold certified and the Health Sciences Building (opened 2016) has been built to LEED Gold standards and includes geothermal heating. Examples of commissioned spaces include nursing and medical simulation labs, radiology labs, classroom areas and support spaces.
