Project Description: New and renovated construction of a 250,000 square-foot ambulatory care facility.

KBA Scope: KBA provided commissioning as a sub-consultant for the contractor, Sellen Construction. KBA's role in this project included commissioning of the HVAC equipment, DDC controls, plumbing, fire alarm testing, test and balance verification, and domestic hot water. The scope also included providing a commissioning plan and schedule, construction site visits and reports, witnessing and review of start-ups, test equipment verification, produced functional performance tests and installation verification procedures and forms, as well as conducting installation verification and functional performance testing, ceiling systems access verification, verification of training, seasonal testing, and providing a final commissioning report.
