Project Description: Renovation of a 59,600 square foot government facility housing a fire station operations area, a fire alarm dispatch center, and an emergency operations center. Designed to meet LEED "Silver" criteria.

Project Scope: Commissioning of HVAC related equipment and control systems, as well as lighting control system. Attend and participate in DD, commissioning and LEED related project meetings. Develop and provide commissioning specifications. Review design documents and submittals. Prepare commissioning process plan, installation verification and functional testing procedures. Conduct on-site commissioning coordination meeting. Conduct site visits with reports. Witness start-up procedures. Perform final installation verification and perform/witness functional performance tests. Verify TAB, review contractor provided O&M manuals. Provide final commissioning report and re-commissioning manual. Conduct a near warranty end inspection and report.
