Project Description: New construction of a 972,000 SF mixed use building and 448,000 SF parking garage, with the goal of LEED Silver.
Systems Commissioned: Smoke Control / General Exhaust, Expansion Tanks, Water Source Heatpumps, Hydronic Circulating Pumps, Air Handling Units, Cooling Coils, Heating Coils, Condensing Boilers, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, Indoor Energy Recycling Dehumidifier & Pool Water Heater, M&V Instrumentation and Controls and Interior Lighting Controls.
Commissioning Scope: Commissioning scope included HVAC systems equipment and controls, interior lighting controls and domestic hot water systems. Commissioning authority also reviewed BOD and other design development documents, back-check review comments of the design submission, develop and provide all commissioning related specification sections to architect, provide a complete Commissioning Plan, organize and plan commissioning coordination meeting, reviewed the submittals of major equipment, perform 12 site reviews, installation verification, functional test performance testing, provide a final Commissioning Report.
