Project Description: Second of a two-phase renovation of an existing 128,000 SF, 4-story library, utilizing LEED commissioning basic, plus enhanced commissioning credits.

KBA Role: Prime commissioning agent.

KBA Scope: Commissioning of General Conditions, Division 15 and 16. Project also included new VAV boxes and ducting, new DDC controls, new data, telecommunications and audiovisual wiring, new lighting systems throughout, new intra-building electrical systems, and new ILCO Millennium security systems.
