Project Description: Commissioning of 150,000 square foot facility consisting of academic teaching areas, faculty offices, and public policy offices. LEED Gold certification.

Systems Commissioned: Mechanically assisted natural ventilation system, building envelope and roof infrared thermography testing; all electrical, lighting controls, generator, and daylighting systems.

Commissioning Scope: Development of commissioning specifications for construction documents, development of commissioning plan, review of design intent, mechanical constructability review, installation verification and functional performance of all equipment.
