Project Description: Commissioning of three-phase 200,000 square foot modernization to an existing facility as well as a 60,000 square foot addition. $30M total project cost.

Project Scope: Full mechanical commissioning of HVAC equipment and controls, and swimming pool water heating, filtration, pumps and controls. HVAC systems commissioned include two 300-HP and two 150-HP hydronic boilers, two 300-ton air-cooled chillers, and associated pumps, appurtenances and controls serving 105 constant volume air handling units in 9 renovated rooftop penthouses, 8 gas-fired rooftop units, and 4 air-to-air heat recovery units, and associated exhaust fans, controlled with an Invensys (Siebe) DDC control system.
