Project Description: New winery complex and pursuing LEED certification. The project consists of multiple facilities, including industrial production, offices, visitor center, central plant etc., some of which are new and some of which are historic renovations. This is a phased project
Systems Commissioned: Systems: chilled waste, glycol chilled water, condenser water, heating hot water, glycol hot water, domestic hot water and radiant floor. Chilled beams, air handling units, variable air volume/hot water reheat terminal units, fan coil units, exhaust fans, photovoltaics and lighting controls
Commissioning Scope: Commissioning kickoff meeting and process plan. Facilitate documenting OPR, Review the AE's BOD documentation for compliance with the OPR. Provide commissioning specification section. Control logic and integration process. Perform site observations and meetings. Assist issue resolutions on an as needed basis. Maintain master issues log. Create system readiness forms. Provide working drafts of FPTs, monthly commissioning status reports and final commissioning report. Complete LEED documentation for LEED E&A prerequisite 1
