Project Description: Two-story, 55,000 square-foot building addition and a 10,000 square foot renovation.

KBA Scope: Commissioning of a central building automation system (Energy Management System), heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, equipment & components, verification that the egress pressurization is in accordance with the owner's project requirements, basis of design, and construction documents; as well as verification of electrical panel schedules, domestic water and process pumping, and mixing controls and hydronic balancing. The scope also includes verification of the Noise Criteria in patient rooms in accordance with the owner's project requirements and the basis of design.
