Relevant General Commissioning Experience & Background: Jeramy has over 10 years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems. 3 ½ years ago Jeramy began work with a large controls contractor and quickly became a lead technician designing, installing, maintaining, programming, troubleshooting, training new technicians and training facility staff members. He has worked on and commissioned new and existing buildings for hospitals, correctional facilities, K-12 schools, office buildings and condominiums. These jobs included heat recovery systems, isolation rooms, fume hoods, HVAC supply and exhaust systems, heat recovery systems, lighting controls, chiller plants, boilers, irrigation, garage ventilation and CO2 control.

Prior to that Jeramy spent 8 years in the Navy, 6 of those years on active service and 2 years as a reservist. While on active duty he served as a maintenance supervisor/plant operator. His expertise and understanding of mechanical systems saw him rapidly appointed as the corrective maintenance supervisor. His responsibilities in this capacity included troubleshooting and maintaining all mechanical and electrical systems related to propulsion and power generation onboard a nuclear powered aircraft carrier.
