His experience includes an extensive background in Building Automation Systems (BAS), covering all phases of design, installation, programming, graphics, and start-up and commissioning. He has managed residential and commercial mechanical projects, lighting and access control projects, and the design of hazardous transportation systems. His specializations include operations and maintenance (O&M) assessments, and new and existing (retro-Cx) building commissioning (Cx).
