Project Description: New construction, 810K square foot (not including field and stands) professional football and soccer stadium including concessions, restaurant, suites, laundry, locker rooms and offices.

Project Scope: Full mechanical commissioning and partial electrical commissioning including large constant volume and variable speed air handlers, VAV terminals, water source heat pumps, packaged units, split systems, gas furnaces, exhaust fans, relief fans, Siemens controls and lighting control. Electrical systems commissioned included transformers and main switch gear. Detailed energy impact report relating to commissioned systems was issued in final commissioning report per Seattle City Light guidelines. The report outlined issues that were discovered through the commissioning process that directly relate to energy consumption, identified specific energy implications, and provided suggested energy savings measures. Estimated annual energy savings totaled 626,338 kWh.
