Project Description: New construction of a 325,000 SF office building, with the goal of LEED Silver.

Systems Commissioned: Smoke Control/ General Exhaust, VAV Fan Powered Air Terminal Units, Motorized Dampers, Wall Mounted Packaged AC Units, Rooftop VAV Air Conditioning Units, Fire/Smoke Dampers, Electric Unit Heaters, Electric Cabinet Heaters, Fire Dampers, Hydronic Pumps, Gas Fired Boiler, Closed Loop Fluid Coolers, Variable Frequency Drives, Hydronic Heatpumps, Split System Heatpump Fan Coils and Condensing Units, Expansion Tanks, Air Separators, M&V Instrumentation, Gas Fired Water Heaters, Domestic Water Circulation Pumps, Sump Pumps, Interior Lighting Controls, Emergency Power and Electrical Distribution.

Commissioning Scope: Commissioning scope included electrical power distribution system, HVAC systems equipment and controls, interior lighting controls, domestic hot water systems, and emergency power system. Commissioning authority also reviewed BOD and other design development documents, back-check review comments of the design submission, develop and provide all commissioning related specification sections to architect, provide a complete Commissioning Plan, organize and plan commissioning coordination meeting, installation verification, functional test performance testing, provide review of O&M manuals to the contractor, and develop a systems manual.
