Project Description: 108,600 square foot office retro-commissioning project.

Systems Commissioned: HVAC related equipment and controls. Equipment and systems related to HVAC air and water side balancing. Interior lighting levels and controls

Commissioning Scope: Visit site to inspect building systems, take random temperature and humidity measurement, meet on site operations staff and review available documentation to develop complete retro-commissioning management plan. Verify repairs and improvements have been completed in compliance with design and operational intent. Provide functional testing plan for all retro-commissioned systems. Provide final commissioning report.
