Project Description: Terry Avenue is a core and shell LEED NC project with approximately 42,000 SF of office space. Weber Thompson Offices are LEED CI Platinum.

Systems Commissioned: HVAC systems equipment. HVAC systems controls. Domestic Hot water, Interior lighting controls.

Commissioning Scope: LEED Fundamental and Additional Commissioning. Develop preliminary commissioning plan. Attend initial commissioning meeting. Review Design Intent and BOD documents. Develop commissioning specs. Review submittals. Conduct on site commissioning coordination meeting. Conduct on going job site visits with observation reports. Coordination and witness contractor start up procedures. Perform final installation verification of systems. Perform and witness FPTs. Verify TAB. Review contractor provided O&M manuals. Provide final commissioning report.
