Luba began her work experience in 2007 at Pacific Market Research in Renton, WA where she worked as a telephone interviewer, editor and programmer. Her work included conducting surveys over the telephone; editing interviewee's open ended questions; testing; processing data; training; coding;
programing surveys from scratch; and organizing office gatherings. In 2013 Luba also began working at Fletcher Dental Care as the Office Assistant. Here Luba filed charts, scheduled appointments and maintained office supplies.
Upon receiving her Administrative Assistant Certificate from Renton Technical College in 2014, Luba began working as an Administrative Assistant for KBA. Luba transitioned to General Office Administrator in 2015. Her work includes maintaining office supplies, answering phones, filing, processing incoming and outgoing mail, travel arrangements, project management support, bookkeeping, assisting in payroll and maintaining KBA common tools and resource documents.
Luba is a quick, outgoing individual who is happy to resolve any questions that may arise at the office.
