The needs and challenges of community medical facilities located outside of metropolitan areas may be distinct from those of their metropolitan counterparts. For 3 decades, Senior KBA staff have been rooted in non-metropolitan medical facilities consulting and commissioning. As a result, we have mature, first-hand experience working with small community hospital and medical center operating and medical staffs, as well as their boards of directors.

Projects we've commissioned in the last 10 years range from new regional clinics in the 25,000-50,000 square-foot range, to larger additions, central plant upgrades and a new 200,000+ square-foot hospital. Locations range throughout the U.S.
