Established following the reorganization of Keithly Welsh Associates and the addition of Kent Barber, PE as principal, KBA's experience has been built upon a foundation of over 200 projects for more than 100 clients in the United States and other countries around the world. We remain dedicated to our mission of helping building owners realize the highest value for their facilities through building commissioning, retro-commissioning, and building system diagnostic services.
