Rebeca graduated from Central Washington University with a BSc in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance in 2007. Prior to obtaining her BSc, Rebeca completed her Associates in Business degree through Green River Community College in 2005. Upon receiving her undergraduate degree, Rebeca began working for KBA as their Administrative Assistant. In 2011, she was promoted to the Financial and Marketing Manager role. Currently, Rebeca is the Financial Administrator for the company.
As the Financial Administrator, Rebeca performs the monthly invoicing and payroll procedures, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, bank reconciliations, employee time sheet entries and monthly and quarterly B&O tax filings, utilizing QuickBooks and BillQuick software. Her responsibilities also include maintaining and distributing the monthly financial health reports and leading quarterly board of directors meetings, as well as developing and maintaining quarterly and yearly financial projections and providing recommendations for shareholder distributions.
Rebeca also handles correspondence of a complex and/or confidential nature, including the review of the following documents; contracts for new and existing projects, lease renewals, professional and general liability insurance and medical insurance renewals. She also administers programs, procedures and plans used in carrying out human resource policies pertaining to employee hiring and benefits.
