Founded in 1997, Schnitzer West has developed 6.5 million square-foot of property in the Seattle, Portland and Denver Markets. KBA is currently commissioning two high-rise projects for Schnitzer West. 

Urban Union, located in downtown Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood, is a 12-story, 285,000 square-foot Class A office building, with another 3-levels of underground parking. Urban Union is currently registered under LEED Neighborhood Development. 

Centre 425, located in Bellevue's central business district, is a 16-story, 360,000 square-foot Class A office building, with another 8-levels of underground parking. Centre 425 is currently registered under LEED Core and Shell and is targeting Gold certification. 

Both buildings include amenities such as offices, meeting rooms, executive board rooms, restaurants/coffee shops, fitness centers and rooftop conference centers with glass-enclosed meeting spaces.

  • HVAC systems and controls, including integration with the fire alarm system
  • Stairs and elevator pressurization fans
  • Backup power
  • Lighting controls
  • Plumbing systems
