Our Commissioning Experience

Commissioning and retro-commissioning are at the core of our business, and comprise 95% of the work that we perform. Our strong background in both building system design and operation, coupled with our extensive commissioning experience, enables us to provide our clients with an outstanding value throughout the course of a given project. Both of our company principals are founding members of the Building Commissioning Association (BCA), and helped to establish the standards that define the BCA's "Essential Attributes of Commissioning." We are active members of the BCA as well as other professional associations such as ASHRAE, the Council of Educational Facility Planners International, and the U.S. Green Building Council.

A Comprehensive, Balanced Approach

Our general approach to commissioning and retro-commissioning is to test as many system modes of operation and scenarios as possible so as to ultimately give the client a comprehensively-tested final product with minimal deficiencies. Our approach to our work is based upon high technical standards as well as an emphasis on teamwork, effective communication, and flexibility. We work as closely with the project team as possible to acheive results, and adjust our processes as needed for each project to accomodate the particular preferences of the client.
