Our staff has a strong hands-on background in building maintenance and operations, and understand systems from the perspective of the building operator. We have a full range of test equipment, and offer testing kits for sale or rent to allow our clients to document their building system performance (additional information below). Introducing the HVAC System Profiler™As part of our efforts to provide solutions for maintaining building systems and promoting healthy and comfortable indoor environments, KBA is pleased to offer a product that gives building owners and operators a tool to measure and troubleshoot building system performance. Available for sale or rent, our testing equipment accurately measures air temperature and IAQ to provide precise trending data. Building maintenance and operations staff can quickly identify a range of potential operational issues, such as whether or not DDC set points are functioning or if there is adequate fresh air being provided to a given space, and respond effectively to occupant concerns or complaints. We offer on-site support and training for our HVAC System Profiler™ products, and we are available to work with building staff to diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues discovered in the diagnostic process.
