Must have/be:
- Strong desire to be a commissioning professional
- Creative, positive and highly self-motivated
- Good interpersonal skills
- Solid MEP systems knowledge, including controls and control logic
- Good writing skills
- Stable work history
Highly desirable:
- CxA with a P.E., preferably in Architectural or Building Systems Engineering
- Construction, building operation, or field engineering experience
- Existing systems assessment experience
- Commissioning agent experience
